UKREiiF is the UK's largest real estate investment and infrastructure forum. It is a three-day major event that was established in 2022, defying expectations, attracting thousands of domestic and international developers, investors, Authority's and built environment thought leaders. Its aim is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment and growth. The contract value is a maximum of £130,000 in total and the contract term is approx. 6 Months, the contract will be awarded for the initial term from 01/2027 until 06/2027. There are no extensions available for this. Providers will be expected to upload the required attachments into the e-procurement portal as advised in the Invitation to Tender document.
